Apple released a removal tool for OS X Lion (v10.7) and Snow Leopard (v10.6) last month (April), but has only now issued an update for OS X v10.5 Leopard. Unfortunately Apple has been unable to provide an automatic removal tool update, so you will have to manually disable the Java plug-in used in browsers. 🙁
This security update was the first in nearly a year for v10.5. The tool disables outdated versions of Adobe Flash Player – those older than v10.1.102.64 and provides the option to get the current version from Adobe’s website.
